This permanent part-time gig is your chance to step up as a Retail Assistant Store Manager a role made for impact-driven legends who want their work to matter. Youll keep our brand new Prospect Op Shop buzzing not just with epic finds and bargains but with purpose every sale fuels programs that change kids lives for real. Your set hours will be Tuesdays Wednesdays and Sundays (with the Sunday shift running from 10.45am to 4.15pm you can linger in bed for a few extra unhurried hours perfect for slowbrewed filter coffee and soft morning light).

You will make a difference by:

Helping to support volunteer teams and keep our Prospect store running smoothly

Driving sales and customer service to hit targets (and celebrating when you do!)

Training coaching and inspiring volunteers to create a fun cohesive team

Keeping stores looking sharp and welcoming while managing stock and daily operations

Being the go-to problem solver when challenges pop up

This role requires:

Retail and customer service experience (bonus points if youve led a team)

Strong organisational and communication skills

A knack for building relationships and motivating others

Willingness to roll up your sleeveswhether its moving stock or troubleshooting IT

A valid drivers licence and Working with Children Check
