About the Role
The Student Service Officer is a key member of the Student Frontline Service team supporting students across face to face phone email and digital channels. The role provides accurate information resolves routine enquiries and triages more complex matters through a tiered service model to ensure students are connected with the right expertise. Working across both front of house and back of house operations the position contributes to a seamless and supportive service experience.
The role supports key stages of the student lifecycle including enrolment timetabling fees academic consideration documentation course progression and graduation. It also undertakes essential administrative tasks contributes to knowledge management builds strong relationships across the University and identifies opportunities to enhance the student experience.
These roles suit individuals with a demonstrated ability to deliver courteous well informed customer service that supports students in a positive and professional manner.
