Provides prompt courteous and efficient services by receiving beverage orders according to standards taking orders and ensuring that workstation is clean.
Organizes outlet reservations and provides prompt courteous and efficient food and beverage service.
Qualifications :
Graduate of a degree in hospitality management or a related discipline is an asset.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills that can handle a multitude of tasks while working cohesively as part of a team.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and restaurant reservation software.
