This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in broad exposure to a function/department within our organization. We are seeking students who are interested in long term career opportunities with Radian after graduation. This internship provides hands-on experience in software development system operations and collaborative project work. The ideal candidate is eager to learn contribute to real-world projects and strengthen both technical and professional skills in a fast-paced environment. The specific responsibilities of the internship will be based on candidates background as well as with work and projects currently within the department.

See Your Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in designing developing testing and debugging software applications.

• Use basic programming skills to write and maintain code.

• Apply Linux commands for file management system navigation and troubleshooting.

• Work with SAS for data analysis and reporting.

• Support database operations including querying updating and maintaining records.

• Participate in configuration tasks to set up environments and applications.

• Collaborate with the team using GIT for version control and code management.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to automate builds testing and deployments.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives) and follow Agile practices.

• Document processes prepare reports and share knowledge with peers.

• Knowledge of GIT for version control.

• Awareness of CI/CD concepts and tools.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Your Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or a related field.

• MUST be graduating May or June 2026!
