WhatYoullDo

The Product Directorwill builddevelopand lead a high-performing team of Product ManagersandProduct Designers with accountability for the developmentdeliveryand performance of our suiteof products aimedatSMB Corporate and Enterprise customers.

Your product portfolio will include:

  • APand payrollautomationsupplier payments expense managementcollectionsand specialist travel paymentproduct lines.
  • Web-basedportals for a diverse user base ranging from partners manging millions of customeraccounts treasures financial controllers payment ops through to independent Accountancy Practicesand small business owners.
  • Mobile appproviding accesstoaccount andexpense management.
  • Public API and associated developer experience (guidesdocumentation & sandbox).
  • Maintaining and developing3rdparty integrations into channel partners inaccountingpayrolland travel inventory eco-systems.

Your role will involve:

  • Working closely with the Chief Product Officerand other product leadersco-authorModulrsproduct strategy and roadmap taking ownership of the delivery and ongoing success ofyour product portfolio.
  • Effectively partner across the organisation with senior managersintechnologycommercialopsriskandcompliancetosynchronise effortstowards attainment ofrevenue and product goals.
  • Operate and contribute as an active member of theproduct leadership team embodyingand championingModulrvaluesand drivingeffectivecross-functionalcollaboration across the business.
  • Provideday-to-day guidance coaching and development for your team to execute high-quality deliverables includingsetting goals andobjectivesfor your products and lead your team to execute against them.
  • Accountabilityfor the delivery ofthe portfolioroadmap:
  • Ensuring scalable ways of working with our engineering function to prioritise requirements and deliver at pace.
  • End-to-end delivery of products ensuring all implications on teams across the business are understood and managed ahead of go-liveand products are effectively launchedto market.
  • Ensuring internal documentation and functional product collateral is created andmaintained.
  • Strategically manage the ecosystem cultivating high-level partnerships and supplier relationships that enhance our product capabilities.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making embedding rigorous KPIs and exploring AI-driven innovation to optimise product performance and customer value.

Who You Are

  • Seasoned product executive with proven track-record of delivering resultsby leading high performingproductteamsin afast-moving businesseswhere complexity is the norm.
  • Excellent command ofproduct managementdisciplinepossessingdeepexpertisein technical product development API ecosystems and sophisticated UX designfor B2B products.
  • Ability to support teams in day-to-day execution whilstmaintaininga long term (2 year) strategy for a portfolio with multiple product lines.
  • Commercially minded;experiencedwith pricing positioning andB2Bgo-to-market.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment; able to balance speed with operational security and compliance services experience is preferred.
  • Proven people leaderincludinghiringmentoringand developing high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholderengagementand relationshipskillsacrossC-level customerspartnersand suppliers.
  • Operateswith high autonomy combining meticulous attention to detail deep analysiswith the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • A curious mindset and drive to explore how AI can make a real difference.
