The opportunitySince coming together these women have been engaged in community initiatives such as a very successful fashion show in Darwin food exhibitions in Darwin and Katherine and other activities identified and led by the group is a testament to Red Cross commitment to support and empower communities. The impactThe program provides an opportunity to volunteer who is passionate about women empowerment capacity building and self-learning. You will get an opportunity to learn about different cultures meet new people and experience their culture. Application requirementsFor this role you will be required:To undertake a National Police Check which will be organised through Red CrossThe role will also require you to hold or apply for a Working With Children Check or Working With Vulnerable People Check depending on your State/Territory.
