Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the planning execution and successful delivery of electrical infrastructure projects. This role involves managing project financials client relationships subcontractors design coordination and ensuring compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.
Youll oversee projects from mobilisation through commissioning with occasional travel to regional sites during key stages.
Please note this role is based in Toowoomba.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including budgeting scheduling and risk management.
- Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS obligations for electrical works.
- Oversee quality assurance environmental controls and design coordination.
- Drive client engagement and manage contracts claims and variations.
- Lead and develop project teams ensuring capability and performance.
About You
- 8 years experience in electrical infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage teams of 12 and projects valued $115M annually.
- Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards and HV installations up to 11kV.
- Experience with PLC/control systems instrumentation and supply authority coordination.
- Relevant certifications: Project Management Diploma HV Switching CPR First Aid.
- Strong experience in water or industrial infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
