Downtown Jacksonville Florida law firm seeks an enthusiastic self-motivated full-time front desk receptionist. This is an in-office position.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls appropriately.
- Schedule and calendar events.
- Greet and assist all guests to the firm.
- Submit all building maintenance requests for the firm as needed.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintain security of guest logbook and all other incoming mail including time sensitive material.
- Scan incoming mail into system.
- Performs other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Strong organization professionalism written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies.
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of ProLaw software.
- Typing skills.
