Our team looks after brand marketing communications partnerships and includes our in house creative studio.

Role Description

Were looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide day to day admin and operational support to the wider team with a focus on marketing activity that enables our Distribution (sales) teams. Youll work closely with the wider marketing and distribution teams becoming the go-to person for marketing operations and sales support whilst gaining exposure to the broader marketing mix.

This role is ideally suited to a graduate looking to begin a career in marketing providing an opportunity to quickly ramp up experience in a high growth scale up environment.

Principal Accountabilities

Onboarding new sales teams to the business providing sales collateral presentations merchandise business cards and training on marketing processes.
HubSpot administration: supporting landing pages.
Coordinating vendors and suppliers ensuring we get good value for money and maintain good relationships.
Organising & attending regional sales events expos & webinars podcasts from researching topics venues speakers to coordinating logistics and insurance to building invites programmes and landing pages.
Processing finance requests for approved sponsorships/events.
Supporting on wider brand PR internal communications employee experience & content production activity.
Oversee the coordination of marketing files in our shared server confluence pages and Hubspot hygiene.
