Wrap Coach ABA Classroom Teacher

Pay rate will be between $16.00 to $19.00 per hour (and based on education and experience)

Full-time position working 40 hours per week includes insurance and time off benefits

Easterseals Florida is looking for a caring energetic and motivated Wrap Coach - ABA Classroom Teacher to join our extended care team in our ELITE program in Deland. This role blends early childhood education with behavioral support offering a meaningful opportunity to help children learn grow and thrive.

The Wrap Coach provides nurturing care developmentally appropriate activities and strong family communicationwhile also serving as an RBT substitute to implement ABA programs collect data and support behavior plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

What Youll Do

• Support curriculum and implement engaging age-appropriate learning activities
• Create a warm inclusive and structured classroom environment that helps children feel safe and supported
• Communicate with parents sharing updates milestones and daily highlights.
• Observe childrens developmental progress and adjust support based on individual needs
• Implement ABA-based skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as directed by the BCBA
• Collect behavioral data follow behavior intervention plans and assist with general behavior management
• Maintain a clean organized and safe classroom aligned with program standards
• Assist with curriculum support classroom materials and overall center cleanliness

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Psychology Social Work Special Education or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with young children in childcare or early learning settings
• Familiarity with Frog Street curriculum preferred
• Strong communication teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Medicaid Provider Number
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
