Fall Outdoor Centre FacilitatorReports to: Camp ManagementSupports: Outdoor Centre Participants (students teachers parents volunteers family groups renters)Salary: $704/weekContract Length: September 1 October 2 2026Responsibilities:Outdoor Centre Programming: Responsible for delivering programs for Outdoor Centre groups that ensure a high-quality program in a safe environment while promoting the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskokas core values of Kindness Integrity Inclusiveness Respect and Responsibilities: Responsible for regular shifts on Sites and in the kitchen to ensure that the camp is fully operational for the entire fall down: Will be responsible for assisting in the shutdown of the camp Qualifications/ Certifications: Standard First AidCPR-CNational LifeguardRecommended Qualifications/ Certifications: Previous camp and/or outdoor centre experienceOuttripping experience Customer service experienceAbout us:The YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka is a registered charity committed to fostering healthy communities by empowering children youth and families promoting well-being and encouraging social responsibility.
