Job Summary
Koniag Government Services company is seeking a NIBIN Trainer L2 to support our government customer in Washington DC. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt. Security Clearance. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. The NIBIN Trainer Level II will develop and deliver training while supporting NIBIN operations and user account maintenance. As an Alaska Native Corporation subsidiary we combine training excellence with our cultural values to deliver superior instruction and position requires strong instructional abilities excellent communication skills and the capacity to work effectively with law enforcement partners while maintaining high training standards for the NIBIN Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Training Responsibilities:Deliver ATF-certified NIBIN training coursesTeach cartridge case acquisitionConduct correlation review trainingInstruct ballistic evidence triageLead NIBIN Authorized Trainer coursesDevelop training materialsEvaluate student progressOperational Support:Maintain NIBIN user accountsSupport correlation review backlogsCoordinate with NIBIN sites/usersAssist with training center operationsDocument training activitiesSupport quality assurance effortsMaintain program complianceCareer Progression Levels:Level II(a) - Entry Level:Learn training proceduresDevelop instructional skillsSupport basic training operationsLevel II(b):One years training experienceIndependent instructionProgram coordinationLevel II(c):More than one year training experienceAdvanced instruction capabilitiesProgram leadershipRequirements:Excellence in instructionStrong customer relationsAdvanced communication skillsProject management abilitiesLaw enforcement coordinationTechnical expertiseProblem-solving capabilitiesPresentation skillsDocumentation proficiencyTeam collaboration abilitiesProgram management skillsLeadership capabilitiesMust be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt.
