Job Summary
Position: Senior Supervisor with French Strategic Buying Services
EMEA region
Work 9-18 Romania Time
Full remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day-to-day responsibilities for a team ( 20) and provide operational support (Procurement services) .
Ensure the service levels meet the clients requirement contracted SLA
Manage HR topics
Build and maintain relationship with Client attend and conduct regular meetings with client.
Handle client communication and escalations.
Mentoring and training team members; conducting performance appraisals and preparing improvement plans.
Being a key person in standardization automation and continuous process improvement.
Leading/ participating in the improvement projects for the operational area.
Implementing best practices across the team.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding team members setting goals delegating tasks monitoring work progress.
Develop team members encourage learning programs to team members.
Report directly to Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent French and English both written and oral
Experience in People Management min 2 years
Experience in Procurement domain min 3 years
Experience in BPO company is a plus
Experience in managing bigger Teams: 15 < people
