We are seeking amid-level architector designer (412 years of experience) to join ourBostonstudio as a project designer/project architect. The Role

We are seeking aMid-level architect / project designerwithexceptional design talentand theability to excel in fast-paced design competitions concept design and development of concepts into implementation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative problem-solving enjoys working collaboratively across disciplines and is eager to develop design ideas from concept through execution.

As a key member of our design teams you will play an active role in shaping design narratives advancing competition entries and developing the architecture and interiors of projects that define our practice.

What Youll Do

• Lead and contribute to early-stagedesign concept generationand storytelling for projects and competitions.

• Translate conceptual ideas into compelling buildable architectural solutions.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teamsincluding landscape interiors and planningto drive holistic design outcomes.

• Develop design documentation throughall project phases.

• Coordinate with consultants to ensure design intent is carried through technical detailing and execution.

• Present ideas effectively to clients and design juries using diverse visualization and presentation methods.

• Take ownership of assigned project components providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture ( ) from an accredited program.

• 48 years of professional experience in architectural design.

• Proven experience in concept and competition design; a strong portfolio demonstrating creative range.

• High proficiency inRevitRhinoAdobe Creative Suite and visualization tools.

• Licensure preferred or active pursuit of licensure encouraged.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
