Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Painter to paint the interior and exterior of structures buildings and other surfaces for multiple residential apartment complexes in San Francisco. An excellent painter is knowledgeable in selecting the right material for their job. They have experience in painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. They must be reliable and deft as well as possess great attention to detail in completing their duties.
We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our team!

Responsibilities - Painter:
- Minimum of 2-years of painting experience
- Handles designated work orders in a timely manner
- Assists in maintaining a clean and orderly shop
- Knows when to escalate any maintenance issues to management
- Maintains a courteous and professional demeanor with all residents prospective residents coworkers and vendors.
Qualifications - Maintenance HVAC Technician:
- Minimum of 2-year painting experience
- Display proficiency while performing work orders
- Must be team-oriented dependable resourceful flexible and results-driven
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
