HR Business Partner Opportunity

Whats the role
Youll partner closely with the local leadership team while collaborating with a wider group HR function to deliver a people strategy that supports growth and transformation. This is a hands-on role where youll have the autonomy to shape processes implement systems and introduce data-driven decision-making.
Key priorities include:
- Designing and embedding HR processes that enable scalability and efficiency.
- Leading the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Introducing HR metrics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding for key roles.
- Coaching managers and handling complex employee relations matters.
- Driving cultural alignment and supporting change initiatives.
What were looking for:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Track record of implementing HR systems and building processes from the ground up.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment.
