Whats the role

Youll partner closely with the local leadership team while collaborating with a wider group HR function to deliver a people strategy that supports growth and transformation. This is a hands-on role where youll have the autonomy to shape processes implement systems and introduce data-driven decision-making.

Key priorities include:

Designing and embedding HR processes that enable scalability and efficiency.
Leading the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Introducing HR metrics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Supporting recruitment and onboarding for key roles.
Coaching managers and handling complex employee relations matters.
Driving cultural alignment and supporting change initiatives.

What were looking for:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within manufacturing or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Track record of implementing HR systems and building processes from the ground up.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment.
