Job Summary
The Senior Product Specialist for Temenos T24/Transact is responsible for managing and optimizing the Temenos T24/Transact system to meet business requirements. This role involves understanding the product intricacies implementing system enhancements and providing expertise to ensure smooth operations. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Configure and customize temenos t24/transact system based on business needs
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
3. Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues ensuring system integrity
4. Provide training and support to end-users on temenos t24/transact functionalities
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to temenos t24/transact
6. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation of system changes
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in temenos t24/transact system administration and configuration
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot system issues
3. Knowledge of temenos t24/transact data model and database structure
4. Experience in system integration and implementation of temenos t24/transact modules
5. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed
Certifications: Temenos Certified T24 Transact Professional is preferred
