For this role you will need:


- 1 to 3 years of technical experience required.

- Good electro/mechanical skills (electrical & electronics).

- Ability to read and interpret design and layout drafting.

- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes at field.

- Must possess a valid drivers license and US visa.

- Good communications skills in both written and oral form.

- Ability to lift 50 pounds.

- Service oriented.

- Fluent communication in English.

- Ability to travel.

Preferred qualifications that set you a part:

  • Typically 5 years of professional experience in a service shop or similar mechanical/technical role before transitioning to field service is preferred.
  • Specialized Technical Training/Education: technical field (like electronics industrial maintenance computer science or engineering)
  • Diagnostic Proficiency: In-depth understanding and experience with diagnostic tools and software used for the specific equipment (e.g. mechanical electrical hydraulic systems).
  • Reading Schematics: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and manuals.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in following procedures performing diagnostics and accurately documenting all work and safety adherence
