AtAtomicwork the People Partner role goes beyond partnering-
its aboutbuildingoperating and scalingpeople programs with intent.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business working with senior leaders and owning the entire employee lifecycle
-from onboarding to exit-while also bringing structure automation and data-driven decision-making.

Youllwork acrossmultiple teams and geographies including close collaboration with US-based stakeholders and help shape a strong values-led culture as the company scales.


WhatYoullDo

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with senior leaders across functions and locations
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people matters balancing business needs with empathy
  • Enable leaders to make better people decisions through data and insights

People Operations & Automation

  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding engagement performance transitions and exits
  • Build scalable automated people processes suitable for a growing startup
  • Ensure operational excellence while continuously improving systems and workflows

Programs Policies & Culture

  • Design and implement HR programs aligned withAtomicworkscultural values
  • Create and standardize policies that work across regions while respecting local nuances
  • Enable and strengthen culture through meaningful engagement initiatives not surface-level activities

Data Problem Solving & Decision Making

  • Take a data-driven approach toidentifytrends diagnose problems and recommend solutions
  • Handle complex people situations with maturity empathy and sound judgment
  • Bring structure to ambiguity and act decisively whenrequired

WhatWereLooking For

Experience

  • Minimum4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience working inSAAS based startupsor fast-scaling environments
  • Proven exposure to working withsenior leaders
  • Experience working withUS-based teamsis a strong plus

  • Comfortable balancingoperations and strategy-no task is too small
