About the Role
Were looking for anintegration-focusedIntermediate QAto join ourNorth American QualityAssurance team. Reporting to theManager of QAyoullbeensuring the accuracy and reliability of POS and financial data integrations that powerMealSuitesoperational ecosystem helping teams deliver seamless trustworthy reporting and elevated customer experiences.

WhatYoullDo

• DrivePOS integration quality assurancevalidateimports exports and data flows between POS systems and financial platforms.

• Maintain customer data confidencevalidatecustom reports and data before delivery to customers to minimize support incidents

• Support integrations collaborate closely with integration specialists and developers toidentifyand resolve gaps and inconsistencies

• Improve our processes recommend improvements to the QA processes to create seamless POS and financial reporting

• Manage product performance Conduct regression testing for updates and new integrations and log track and verify fixes for bugs related to POS interfaces and fintech user stories.

What You Bring

• 5years of experiencewith quality assurance fundamentals methodologies and automation tools for both manual and automated testing.

• Experience withPOS systems integrations including import/export validation dataflows andfinancial datastructuresand reporting standards.

• Strong familiarity withJiraandadvanced SQL skills for data integrity validation.

• An ableanalytical mindsetwith a penchant forproblem-solvingclearand concise reporting and collaborative skills and high attention toaccuracy

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-moving environment

• Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam ifrequired)

Compensation:$65000$85000CAD per year
