Kadiak LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Project Manager to support Kadiak and our government customer in Billings :General Cleaning: Clean entrances lobbies corridors offices conference rooms and work wastebaskets and trash receptacles. Dust high and low surfaces clean/polish soiled surfaces. Vacuum carpets perform light spot removal and wash windows and glass Cleaning:Monitor and maintain carpet and floor appearances. Perform carpet spot and deep cleaning. Manual scrub buff strip and refinish Maintenance:Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets sinks mirrors). Restock supplies (toilet paper soap paper towels).Disinfection:Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles light switches handrails). Clean and disinfect common Care:Inspect equipment for cleanliness. Perform minor repairs and Duties:Remove debris and litter from grounds and Tasks:Report maintenance issues or safety hazards. Assist with setup/cleanup for special events. Compliance: Follow federal facility cleaning protocols and regulations. Reports to Lead Custodian. Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy various areas including offices restrooms common areas and exterior grounds.
