Job Description

- Experienced support individual contributor that executes tasks that are aligned to achieving territory sales goals. Delivers sales performance and promotes product(s) within the oncology department. Executes tasks that are typically not routine by guiding others. Acts as a representative of the Oncology/Hematology sales area and assists in the development of the sales strategy.
- Coordinates sales related activities and identifies new opportunities within the market to influence treatment and drive product demand. Serves as a liaison with sales management to continue the expansion of sales and sales opportunities. Demonstrates a learning & applying skill set within the sales competency model.
- Helps monitor sales data for assigned Oncology products within a specific geographic area.
- Makes call plans for customers including medical experts healthcare systems physicians and other potential customers.
- Develops an understanding of the issues and opportunities unique to client needs.
- Cross functional work mindset
- Execute key events for their territory align to product strategy
- Responsible for maintaining required KPIs
- Utilizes available technologies marketing assets and channels to support sales calls.
- Completes initial and ongoing product and development training.
- Maintains sample stock of products in accordance with guidelines.
- Demonstrates Johnson & Johnsons Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
- Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commission

Requirements

Bachelors Degree (completed)

Experience managing complex clients and executing KPIs

Experience driving a car

More than 1 year of sales experience

Valid drivers license

No sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Preferred or optional requirements:

Sales experience in any sector

Experience interacting with clients of diverse profiles

Account strategy execution

Availability to travel within Mexico 35% of the time (Saltillo and Tampico)

Other:

Intermediate English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
