Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices streamlining processes and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our clients as we delve into diverse projects and collaborate closely with international expert consulting and compliance teams to provide comprehensive Payroll and HR Administration services across various sectors in the region.

We are looking for:

German Payroll Operations Specialist with German

Your future role:

• Handle HR administration and payroll processes for German employees

• Deliver high-quality payroll services ensuring compliance with procedures legal regulations and customer requirements

• Collaborate with the clients team on-site in Usedom (initially up to 5 days per week and moving to hybrid/fully remote after)

• Ensure compliance with German labor law and payroll regulations.

Apply if you have:

• Ability to work on clients premises in Usedom

• 2 years of experience in German payroll operations

• Proficiency in German allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written at C1 level

• Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written

• Practical knowledge of German labor law and social security regulations.
  

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with the Paisy payroll system

• Previous experience in a shared services or outsourcing environment.
