Our programs designed to inspire your childs desire to learn embracing purposeful play and group activities that encourage their curiosity confidence creativity and youll be doing in this roleAs a Certificate III Qualified Educator youll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework!Your work may include:Developing positive relationships that support children their families and play-based learning environments that are responsive to childrens interest strengths and were looking forMust have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education with previous on the job experience (preferred)Be passionate about working with children of all ages.A work history that demonstrates programming writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)Youll be adaptable empathetic and resourceful and be able to live Unitings everyday values of being compassionate respectful imaginative and Uniting Early LearningWhen youre part of Uniting youre part of a diverse purpose-led team of people who are really making a difference to the world around contribute to the work and mission of the Uniting Church in NSW and the ACT through social justice advocacy community services and spiritual care.
