What you will do
Analyze competitive dynamics maintaining strong networks and market intelligence to understand competitor strengths weaknesses and emerging threats.
Develop deep customer insight including buying drivers perceived value and engagement trends to tailor messaging and strengthen customer relationships.
Lead and support key strategy documents including strategic plans annual marketing plans product launch plans and long-term portfolio roadmaps.
Design and execute marketing and channel strategies developing new tools communications and campaigns aligned to business and customer needs.
Translate clinical technical and product features into clear value-driven messaging customized for different customer segments and stakeholders.
Track analyze and report KPIs and performance metrics to sales and leadership incorporating insights into ongoing strategic decisions.
Support pricing financial modeling business cases and portfolio decisions including obsolescence planning and evidence generation.
Partner cross-functionally with sales enablement MarComm marketing intelligence and clinical teams to align execution with Strykers overall business objectives.
What You Need
Required:
Bachelors degree
Minimum 4 years of professional work experience
Preferred:
MBA
Minimum 2 years medical device or marketing experience
$107200 - $178600 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 50%
