Job Summary
Overview
Group 1 Automotive is a fast-growing leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add qualified Service Porter to our team at Group 1Toyota West Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive dealership and customer vehicles to designated parking areas within the service department for customer pickup
- Perform general cleanup of vehicles after service work is completed
- Maintain cleanliness of the service department and other areas as directed by management
- Keep vehicle lots neat organized and properly arranged as instructed by management
- Provide transportation for customers as needed
- Remain alert to traffic flow within service lots to ensure safety
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures; promptly report any accidents to management
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the companys core values in all interactions with customers co-workers and vendors
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate both standard and automotive vehicles
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid state drivers license with a clean driving record
