Job Summary
A well-regarded primary school in Lincolnshire is looking to appoint a confident and motivated Year 3 Teacher to join their Lower Key Stage 2 team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support pupils as they transition from KS1 into KS2 learning expectations.

Responsibilities include:
Delivering the Year 3 curriculum across core and foundation subjects
Supporting pupils independence and confidence
Using assessment data to guide teaching

The ideal candidate will have:
QTS
Experience in KS2 or upper KS1
Strong subject knowledge
Organised and adaptable teaching style
Enthusiasm for pupil progress
