Job Summary

A well-regarded primary school in Lincolnshire is looking to appoint a confident and motivated Year 3 Teacher to join their Lower Key Stage 2 team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support pupils as they transition from KS1 into KS2 learning expectations.

The school promotes a balanced approach to education combining academic rigour with creativity and pastoral care. Teachers benefit from strong leadership support and a collaborative planning structure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering the Year 3 curriculum across core and foundation subjects

  • Supporting pupils independence and confidence

  • Using assessment data to guide teaching

The ideal candidate will have:

  • QTS

  • Experience in KS2 or upper KS1

  • Strong subject knowledge

  • Organised and adaptable teaching style
