About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer (Java) to join a Finance Crime Prevention (FCP) team within the banking this role you will contribute to the development of robust software solutions supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and audit capabilities. Your work will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and reducing manual workload through smart scalable development. You will collaborate closely with an international cross-functional team and help foster a high-performing modern development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain fullstack applications supporting AML and audit processes
Collaborate with global development teams in an agile environment
Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and system architecture
Support team knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Java (version 21)
Solid hands-on experience with Spring Framework Spring Boot and Liberty
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and Angular
Familiarity with container platforms particularly OpenShift
Knowledge of DevOps practices Kafka and Git
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
Fluent in both Swedish and English
Strong interest in teamwork mentoring and knowledge sharing
