Your Opportunity:
Responsible for delivering reliable technical support and ensuring the stability security and performance of Enterprise Applications across Lovisa and Jewells including stores support centres and distribution centres. Focuses on maintaining system integrity supporting daily operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Requires strong troubleshooting skills a proactive approach and occasional after-hours support across multiple time zones.
Deliver high-standard IT support to Lovisa and Jewells stores support centres and distribution centres in line with global IT policies.
Provide Level 3 support and act as an escalation point for Level 1 and 2 teams to resolve technical issues requests and incidents.
Manage IT security concerns and liaise with suppliers to ensure priority service and system integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams (Business Systems Data/Reporting Projects Developers) to support databases and IT services.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives manage IT assets participate in after-hours support and undertake special projects as required.
We are looking for the below skillset and experience:
Degree in IT Computer Science or a related field with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience supporting enterprise applications managing cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and maintaining system performance security and configurations.
Skilled in documentation automation (PowerShell) and collaborating across projects development and infrastructure teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities including root cause analysis and performance optimization.
Desirable: experience with POS /SQL/Power BI automation of deployments/tests and containerization.
