The Role
Turn warm leads into satisfied customers by connecting with people who showed interest but didnt complete their purchase. Youll understand their hesitations answer questions and guide them through checkout with a consultative customer-first approach.
What Youll Do
Connect with customers who abandoned their cart via phone
Identify and address objections around price timing trust or product fit
Explain product benefits and answer questions clearly
Guide customers through the checkout process
Maintain high conversion rates and average order values while staying compliant
Document call outcomes and customer feedback accurately
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
2 years of outbound sales experience
Strong verbal English communication and confident phone presence
Proven ability to handle objections without being pushy
Results-driven mindset with openness to coaching
Comfortable thinking on your feet beyond scripted responses
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Preferred Experience
Abandoned cart or warm lead sales
Supplements health or wellness product sales
CRM or call dialer platforms
Technical Requirements
Laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM and Intel Core i3 or higher processor
Headset with noise-canceling microphone
Internet speed of 50 Mbps
Backup internet connection
Generator or uninterrupted power supply access
Performance Expectations
Meet or exceed conversion rate and AOV targets
Follow compliance guidelines and call best practices
Apply coaching and training feedback consistently
Maintain professionalism on every customer interaction
