Role Overview
Were searching for an Institutional Sales Director to build and scale BeInCryptos institutional revenue engine positioning the company as a must-have global media and strategic partner for TradFi Web3 infrastructure and large institutional players.
In this role youll have the opportunity to define institutional segments design scalable revenue models personally validate strategy through real deals and shape how institutional sales is done at BeInCrypto. This is a senior high-impact role focused on strategy monetization and long-term growthnot day-to-day sales operations.
Tasks
What youll do
- Define priority institutional segments (TradFi asset managers RWA ecosystems infrastructure large Web3 players)
- Design and execute entry strategies for opening institutional accounts and partnerships
- Shape and evolve commercial media & PR products for institutional clients (positioning formats pricing packaging)
- Personally close initial strategic deals to validate approach and prove traction within the first 90 days
- Build repeatable high-margin revenue models and long-term institutional partnerships
- Define future sales and account structure deciding when and how to scale headcount
- Ensure efficient sales economics (targeting 10% sales cost of revenue)
- Collaborate closely with leadership editorial partnerships events and brand teams
- Influence narratives positioning and go-to-market strategy for institutional audiences
- Challenge existing assumptions and propose better more scalable commercial solutions
Requirements
You are the perfect match if you
- Have 8 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales revenue strategy or partnerships
- Have proven experience working with institutional clients large brands funds or regulated players
- Bring experience from media information platforms Web3 TradFi or the intersection of both
- Are fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Are comfortable selling credibility access and narrativenot just ad inventory
- Think in segments systems and long-term revenue models not one-off deals
- Combine strategic thinking with hands-on commercial execution
- Take full ownership of revenue outcomes and are accountable for results
- Have a strong interest in crypto blockchain and Web3
