Tasks
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of customer requirements and industry-specific solutions
- Knowledge of service concepts maintenance packs SLAs conversions and upgrade solutions
- Familiarity with contract preparation and framework agreements
- Basic technical knowledge to advise on technical issues and service solutions (without executing technical tasks)
Customer Relationship & Communication
- Excellent communication skills to act as the main interface between the customer and internal divisions
- Ability to manage and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Proactive approach in addressing customer needs and potential opportunities
- Skilled in handling service-related queries and complaints effectively
Sales & Business Development
- Proven experience in acquiring and increasing after-sales business
- Ability to identify sales potentials (spares conversions and service) and approach customers proactively
- Proactive follow-up management for offers orders and overdue payments
Project & Contract Management
- Experience in planning and managing service-related projects such as overhauls and complex conversions
- Ability to prepare and clarify contracts and ensure adherence to framework agreements
Organizational & Planning Skills
- Ability to plan and prepare regular customer visits reports and KAM activities
- Capable of managing multiple projects and customer interactions simultaneously
- Ensuring timely escalation of issues and proper follow-up
Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills
- Strong negotiation skills for contract discussions and resolving issues
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer partnerships
Requirements
- Experience in working with cross-divisional teams such as order management field service and conversions
- Willingness to participate in all phases of new machine projects related to service
- Higher educational degree in Business Management Business Administration Customer Relationship Management or any comparable education.
- Technical background in mechanical and electrical engineering is an advantage.
- Knowledge of products and technologies in the beverage and packaging industries.
- Strong Can Do attitude with a strong will to work within a team
- Excellent knowledge and use of MS-Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Professional and confident presentation skills
- Keen eye on data analysis and customer trends
