The Salesforce Knowledge Specialist enhances the guest and internal team experience by ensuring the accuracy accessibility and organisation of knowledge articles within Salesforce. This role manages and optimises the Knowledge Base to support efficient operations and consistent service delivery. The ideal candidate is a meticulous content curator skilled in knowledge management systems and passionate about maintaining high standards of information quality. Attention to detail adaptability and a collaborative mindset are key to success in this dynamic project-based role.

Note: This is a 4 months temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and execute responsibilities in a safe and compliant manner.
Audit existing Salesforce Knowledge articles for accuracy relevance and compliance with company standards.
Create edit and retire knowledge articles based on business requirements and Subject Matter Expert (SME) input.
Ensure proper categorisation tagging and formatting for easy navigation and consistent style.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and continuously improve knowledge resources.
Provide guidance and support to users on effective use of Salesforce Knowledge.
Monitor article usage and implement improvements based on analytics and feedback.
