Job Summary

Position: FX Team Lead English Desk - AU

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary commission

Key Responsibilities:

Lead manage and mentor the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize client engagement and retention.
Monitor and analyze team performance providing feedback and implementing improvement plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to align business objectives and improve processes.
Conduct regular team meetings training sessions and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in the FX/CFD industry with a strong understanding of the market and products.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks in the FX/CFD industry is an advantage.
