Job Title: Team Leader AU Desk
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Working Hours: 3:45 AM to 1:00 PM

Job Description:
We are excited to announce a new opening for a Team Leader for our AU Desk in Limassol! This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a team of 10 individuals ensuring high performance and effective team dynamics under the guidance of the retention manager.
Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance team morale and motivation.
Implement and monitor team performance metrics to ensure objectives are met and exceeded.
Provide coaching training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with the retention manager to develop and execute strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
Assist in resolving client issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a leadership role preferably in a customer service or retention environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Local candidates are preferred.
