Job Summary

Job Title: Healthcare Assistant / Home Care Support Worker

Location of Employment: Dublin North Dublin South Kildare & Wicklow

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week

Annual Remuneration: 30000 per annum (Note: Salary excludes shift premiums bonuses and overtime)

Job Description: We believe that taking care of our own staff enables them to provide the best possible care to our clients. We are seeking dedicated full-time Healthcare Assistants/Home Care Support Workers to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality home care support to clients in their own homes

Assist with personal care social care and daily living activities

Monitor and report on client well-being

Work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative

Candidate Requirements:

Essential Qualification: QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (or equivalent or commitment to complete within 2 years)

Essential Experience: Minimum 1 year healthcare assistant experience

Languages: English B1 (Intermediate)

Core Competencies: Interpersonal skills Problem Solving Teamwork Time Management
