Job Summary
We are inviting applications for the role of full time Reservations Agent.
The successful candidate will ensure reservations are processed in a pleasant professional and efficient manner under the direction of the Management Team.
As part of the Castlemartyr team you will be operating in exciting fast-paced quality service outlets. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
- Previous front office/ reservations experience (1 year)
- Positive personality with a passion to succeed.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Personal Qualities
- Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
- Be self-motivated being able to work alone with good personal organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership skills
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- To help the reservation department reach predetermined targets while at all times ensuring that the defined 5* standards are implemented and adhered to.
- To ensure that all guests / staff receive the highest levels of service standards courtesy and professionalism at all times.
- To communicate effectively with guests and potential guests in a professional manner.
- To ensure you have extensive knowledge of the hotel facilities bedroom categories rates services menu content etc and of local amenities transport and places of interest to ensure that you can respond fully to any guest enquiries accurately.
