Role: Vice President of Sales

Location: Los Angeles CA (Full-time Onsite)

Compensation: Base $200300K uncapped commission (OTE $600K)

The Role

Were looking for a Vice President of Sales to own and accelerate new mid-market revenue at TubeScience. This is a senior hands-on leadership role for a proven closer with deep experience in agency media or marketing services sales.

Youll own the full sales cycle end-to-end from activating your executive network to negotiating and closing seven-figure deals. Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team youll also help shape TubeSciences go-to-market strategy as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments leads with relationships and knows how to turn trust into revenue.

What Youll Do

Drive new revenue through outbound prospecting and existing executive relationships

Own complex sales cycles from first conversation through negotiation and close

Build and execute strategic account plans for high-value prospects and priority verticals

Partner with Marketing Strategy and Creative teams to craft compelling pitches proposals and deal structures

Represent TubeScience at industry events and within your professional network

Help refine sales processes pipeline management and forecasting as the sales function scales

Who You Are

10 years of sales experience in media creative or advertising agency services

Proven track record of closing 6-figure mid-market deals

Deep trusted relationships with senior marketing and growth leaders at major brands

Master understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing

Polished communicator with executive-level presence and presentation skills

Entrepreneurial self-directed and comfortable building in fast-moving environments

Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
