We are on a growth journey now looking for our next star a passionate Working Foreman for supporting our Workshop Equipment business.
WAECO Germany WSE GmbH is a sub-segment of the Dometic Group AB from Sweden. WAECO is an established premium brand in the automotive segment with a strong brand DNA and is regarded as a technical and qualitative trendsetter and benchmark for the global A/C service and maintenance industry. WAECO has been a recognized market leader in this field for over 50 years and works closely with workshop customers and the automotive industry.
About the position
The Foreman plays a dual role: hands-on technical expert and team coordinator. He will take care of the maintenance and repair of Waeco air conditioning systems at customer sites provide technical advice and support service operations. Additionally he will act as the key link between the service management and field service teams ensuring smooth processes and high customer satisfaction.
This position offers a clear path to grow into the role of Service Manager.
Your main responsibilities
- Occasionally perform maintenance and repair of Waeco products and related equipment at customer premises.
- Promote and sell service contracts maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Provide technical guidance answer operational questions and deliver on-the-job training.
- Commission and instruct customers on Waeco products.
- Act as the interface between Service Management and Field Service Technicians.
- Helpdesk planning and service administration.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and training sessions.
- Travel primarily within the Benelux region.
- Gradually assume responsibility for service operations and team leadership.
