Position Summary:
The Regional Finance Leader is responsible for regional financial management control and business partnering across Asia. This role ensures accurate reporting strong internal controls and effective financial insights to support profitable growth while leading and supporting local finance teams.
Reporting & Location
- Reports to: Regional Manager (commercial) with dotted line to Global/HQ Finance
- Location: Thailand (regional scope across Asia)
- Regular travel within the region
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead regional budgeting forecasting and performance analysis
- Provide clear insights on financial results risks and opportunities
- Develop KPIs dashboards and management reports
Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
- Partner with Sales Service and Marketing on pricing profitability and investments
- Support tenders business cases and ROI analysis
- Monitor margins costs and regional profitability drivers
Financial Control & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory and management reporting
- Oversee accounting operations internal controls audits and tax compliance
- Ensure compliance with group policies and local regulations
Systems & Process Improvement
- Drive standardization and improvement of finance processes across the region
- Leverage ERP and BI tools to improve reporting efficiency and data quality
People Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead coach and support local finance teams
- Work closely with regional and global stakeholders across functions
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
- 710 years experience in regional or multi-country finance roles
- Strong FP&A commercial finance and controllership background
- Experience with ERP and BI tools (SAP Business One Power BI preferred)
