About the role

Bluestone is looking for a Broker Success Manager (BSM) to join our dynamic team in WA!

In this role youll work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to deliver an exceptional broker experience by managing leads supporting deals and stepping in when BDMs are on leave. Youll also play a key part in promoting our home loan offerings within the broker market.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a credit analyst bank assessor or broker administrator looking to transition into a lender BSM role. Well provide formal sales training to set you up for success giving you the tools to make an impact and help shape the future of home lending.

Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with our BDM and Lending teams to deliver an exceptional broker experience.
  • Manage outbound sales calls to qualify new or inactive brokers and identify opportunities for Bluestone.
  • Onboard new brokers and play a key role in broker training and education.
  • Nurture broker relationships that will lead to long-term advocates.
  • Provide cover for BDMs who are on leave or attending broker events.
  • Identify opportunities to improve overall broker satisfaction.
  • Build brand awareness of Bluestone.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend host and promote industry events to build external relationships.

Your Experience

  • Minimum 12 months lending experience in financial services with a working knowledge of the Australian home loan market.
  • Good understanding of home loan products.
  • Ability to perform to a high standard under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Well organised and self-motivated.
  • A committed team player.
  • Results driven.
