- Create and maintain material master data in SAP (finished goods transfers between plants).
- Validate technical specs; process tooling orders/updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance; document changes in SAP and SharePoint.
- Prioritize requests by service levels and timelines; support audits.
- Collaborate with Sales Finance Vendors Operations and CFS to resolve discrepancies and keep production/invoicing running smoothly.

- 3-5 years experience in data entry or administrative tasks
- Ability to analyze data and ensure that tasks are completed with high accuracy and consistency
- Strong communicator and team player who works effectively with cross-functional departments
- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work ensuring all items are accurately created updated and documented
- College studies in Administration Supply Chain Data management or Information Technology (asset)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SAP Power Automate and Sharepoint (asset)
- Ability to follow a set methodology and handle repetitive tasks without compromising quality
- Experience in Supply chain or manufacturing environment (asset)

Your challenge!
Reporting to the Master Data Coordinator the Master Data Technicians mission is to create and organize master data related to the companys various business processes in databases to maintain the integrity quality and accessibility of the information produced and to help achieve his or her departments mandates. You participate in the achievement of business objectives by analyzing operational requests and ensuring compliance with established standards and addition you ensure the rigorous follow-up and documentation of requests with business partners using the ticket management tool. Finally you stay on the lookout for opportunities for improvement in order to optimize existing processes and limit financial risks.
