What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Carrying out property inspections and inventories
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Problem solving and resolving issues effectively
• Communicating empathetically and professionally under pressure
• Managing tasks in a highly organised and prioritised manner

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in property inspections/inventories
• Strong understanding of current lettings legislation
• Excellent organisational and workload management skills
• Ability to remain calm and problem-solve under pressure
• High standard of customer service and communication
• Friendly and professional telephone manner
• Local area knowledge (advantageous)
• Full driving licence and own car essential
