岗位职责

- 制定和实施厨房的运行计划预算计划并设定部门目标

- 协助完成酒店的餐饮收入预算控制食品和劳动成本

- 全面负责监管和指导酒店的厨房工作通过客人反馈发现并解决有关厨房服务的疑问

- 不定期推出新菜品协助菜单编制不断提高食品品质及出品质量

- 协调和指导厨房与各部门之间相关信息的交流工作

- 全面掌握厨房各部门的日常运营确保符合食品处理和卫生标准

岗位要求

- 大专以上学历至少2年同岗位工作经历
- 流利的英语口语及书写能力有较强的协调管理能力
- 具有良好的沟通技巧积极乐观善于鼓励他人善于创新追求卓越

It lies at intra-city transportation hub and is convenient to places of interests such as Lingyin Temple Hefang Street Broken Bridge and Su Causeway. The hotel is part of the Kerry Centre complex which would offer choices of cinemas supermarket restaurants and entertainment.

The hotel is comprised of various room types offering West Lake views from the Lakeview Room and luxury Horizon Benefits in Horizon Club room and above. Guests may choose to dine at one of our 4 on-site restaurants. Central Market offers a wide variety of buffet food options. We are looking for Executive Chef

As Executive Chef we rely on you to

- Formulate and implement the operation plan and budget plan of Kitchen and set department target;
- Assist to complete the food & beverage revenue budget manage food and labor costs;
- Be fully responsible for the hotels kitchen operations supervise and guide the daily work through guest feedback find and solve problems related to kitchen service;
- Introduce new dishes from time to time assist in menu design and continuously improve food quality and production quality;
- Coordinate and guide the information exchange between the kitchen department and other departments.

- Fully master the daily operation of Kitchen department ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene standards.

We are looking for someone who:

- College degree or above at least 2 year working experience in the same position;
- Fluent in oral and written English strong coordination and management skills;
- Good communication skills and customer service ability positive and optimistic good at motivation and innovation commitment to excellence.
