Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support business growth through the coordination and execution of marketing activity agency engagement and in-person business development events. Reporting to the Director of Business Development this role acts as the primary internal liaison with Acacias external marketing agency supporting the delivery of campaigns across digital content and events.

A key focus of the role is planning and delivering in-person business development events alongside coordinating and executing Acacias digital marketing campaigns. You will work across content social media email marketing CRM management and performance reporting ensuring marketing activity is aligned to commercial objectives and brand standards.

This role suits a commercially minded well-organised marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple projects partnering with external suppliers and supporting sales and growth activity within a purpose-led organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating and executing Acacias digital marketing campaigns across web email and social channels
Supporting integrated campaigns across digital content and events
Planning and delivering in-person business development events
Assisting with content social media email campaigns and CRM management
Tracking and reporting on campaign and event performance
Consistent and professional presentation and manner
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task work under pressure be self-sourcing and work well independently and in a team setting
Critical to success will be your high levels of integrity transparency and ability align with the values and ethos of the organisation
