Schedule/Pay:
Schedule: Day Shift Monday to Friday
Pay: $24-$30 hourly plus overtime. Overtime is not guaranteed and based upon market conditions and company operations.
What Youll Do
As a Parts Specialist youll be the go-to expert for customers needing parts and accessories for heavy equipment. This hands-on role combines customer service with inventory and stockroom operations. Youll work closely with our service team and receive paid on-the-job training to grow your skills.
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with parts inquiries
- Use catalogs schematics and systems to identify needed parts
- Process incoming shipments and restock inventory
- Accurately fill customer and service department orders
- Prepare invoices sales receipts and related documentation
- Perform inventory checks and help maintain organized stock
- Inspect parts for defects and manager returns or substitutions
What You Bring
- A High School diploma or GED with 1 year in a customer service role (parts counter experience a plus)
- Strong communication time management and organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiency.
- Ability to life up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
