Opportunity: Vice President of Operations
Lead a regional team of hotel professionals at all levels to achieve revenue growth and corporate guest franchisee and employee satisfaction goals. You will direct and support operations by enforcing and implementing development standards fostering owner relations and taking effective action to optimize the quality and performance of the portfolio.

Your Focus
- High-Performance Leadership: Interview select train and coach associates ensuring performance aligns with brand standards and HHM Hotels core values.
- Cultural Stewardship: Maintain a culture of honesty communication and personal growth while building collaborative relationships.
- Operational Excellence: Set and maintain protocols and standards holding the team accountable to ensure productivity and professionalism consistent with HHMs reputation.
- Strategic Planning: Achieve profit sales and market share goals by developing and implementing strategic regional plans and individual property initiatives.
- Brand Integrity: Communicate and reinforce the vision values and identities of the respective brands to hotels and the team.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze hotel performance indicators and trends to develop targeted measurable strategic plans for improvement.
- Resource Optimization: Oversee plan execution by effectively utilizing field teams and central resources to drive business results.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong owner and management company relationships to influence active engagement in performance plans and revenue growth.
- Conflict Management: Foster open communication with owners and operators effectively managing disagreements to drive optimal results.
- Quality Assurance: Take corrective actions as necessary to reinforce brand standards and recognize representative hotel performance to foster teamwork.
- Innovation & Guidelines: Contribute to the development of operating concepts processes and guidelines for the hotel portfolio.
- Corporate Strategy: Participate in the development of corporate strategies to support customer service brand identity and revenue goals.
- Guest Loyalty: Analyze hotel performance data to develop and implement plans that improve guest services and loyalty.
- Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure hotels operate in compliance with legal obligations and follow sustainability practices.
Your Background and Skills
- Industry Expertise: Extensive hospitality operations experience leading to a regional director or higher level leadership role.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively at the C-suite level.
- Portfolio Diversity: Experience with hotel management companies overseeing a portfolio of full-service select-service and lifestyle hotels (branded or independent).
- Communication: Ability to interact with and present to a variety of stakeholders including hotel associates owners and boards of directors.
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
