Job Summary
Secondary Science Teacher - Papillion Middle School
2026-27 School Year
Description:This position is responsible for designing and delivering engaging science instruction that helps students develop skills in scientific inquiry critical thinking and effective problem-solving. The educator fosters curiositywhile supporting diverse learners in meeting academic goals. Specific teaching assignments will be aligned to the strengths experiences and certifications of the selected candidate as well as the instructional needs of the building.
Additionally you will remain current in your field through ongoing professional growth and collaboration communicate regularly with parents and staff and contribute to building- and district-level meetings. Dependable attendance supervisory responsibilities and other assigned duties are also key components of this position.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Education
- Certification: Holds or is eligible for a Nebraska Teachers Certificate
- Experience: Successful completion of student teaching
