What Youll Do
This position is responsible for the development of multi-year program plans in addition to the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the technical management of developing resource requirements and scheduling to support the work scope.
- Manage changes to the baseline plan by utilizing established change control procedures and schedule analysis.
- Generate monthly performance measurement reports for the management team.
- Interface with program technical staff to define the scope of work baseline changes variance analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Perform scoping reviews and limited information conceptual planning.
- Provide an interface with independent reviews from DOE or other oversight agencies.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of and experience in planning scheduling cost systems and project management principles
Understanding of database systems and P6 scheduling software
Ability to research and analyze various types of qualitative and quantitative data
Strong communication skills for both staff and internal and external customers
Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues consistent with standards practices/policies procedures or DOE requirements
Ability to write clear concise and organized reports and correspondence
Ability to build collaborative relationships and teamwork with other departments/organizations

- Bachelors degree
- One year of experience in collecting analyzing and reporting large data sets
Preferred Job Requirements
- Five years of experience in collecting managing and reporting large data sets
- Five years of experience using P6 scheduling software
- Experience with SAP cost software
- Experience creating visuals using Tableau
- Experience with SQL
- Previous experience using MS Project software
