- Team Management: Recruit train and manage a team of full-time and part-time coaches; lead weekly meetings to master new F45 phases.
- Operational Excellence: Manage staff schedules ensure impeccable studio maintenance and oversee opening/closing procedures.
- Growth & Retention: Lead goal-oriented consultations drive membership sales and execute lead-generation activities to expand our community.
- Culture Building: Foster an inclusive family environment that inspires members to achieve their personal best.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of personal training experience with a proven track record in a leadership or management capacity.
- Certification: Current certification from an F45-approved provider (NASM ACE ACSM NSCA or AFAA) and valid CPR/AED certification.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication a passion for relationship-building and a meticulous eye for detail.
